The Trivandrum Real Estate

For the second time in a row, Kerala had to face a disaster in the form of a flood. One of its most difficult times and this came in the form of never-ending rains and this year the involvement of landslides resulted in more deaths and a lot more catastrophe than last year. Even though the state as a whole stayed strong and had the preparations from last year assisting in this year's relief works the need is just too much and any sort of assistance to these individuals would always be much appreciated. All this from a real estate point of view means that many from the northern part of our humble state have decided to settle in the southern side especially in the capital city of GOD's own country, Trivandrum where the land prices have just soared. If the inauguration of Asia's largest mall - Lulu mall wasn't incentive enough Trivandrum will also host Asia's largest IT park - Techno city both of which are aimed at a 2020 release and if the works of Vizhinjam port is undergoing as efficient as they are now, then we are looking at a port city and probably one of the most expensive pieces of land in the entire nation. This is one of the reasons why most of the houses for sale in Trivandrum is selling off like hotcakes.
